– Het menu wisselt hier dagelijks in deze ontmoetingsplaats voor beroemdheden. Met zijn hoge plafonds en grote marmeren pilaren is het net een jaren '20 caf�. De Keuken is Frans-Duits maar er is ��n gerecht wat je moet proeven en dat is de Wiener Schnitzel, die is werkelijk top!

– Located on the picturesque Gendarmenmarkt is a true classic of the Berlin gastronomic scene: the Borchardt. The interior alone seems noble and elegant with the high ceilings, colourful mosaics and the dominant pillars, and this first impression is matched by the cuisine. The Borchardt serves mainly specialties from the modern French and Italian cuisine, and the excellence is no longer an inside knowledge: celebrities of all vocations flock to dine here: sports stars, actors and politicians (with a fixed table reserved for the Chancellor) are often part of the clientele at Borchardt. In summer, there's a spacious outside patio on which the guest can enjoy his/her culinary treats. If it's not too busy, ask for the Chancellor's table - unless she is there and you are not invited...
